does anyone else remember that one scene in order of the phoenix where harry’s depressed and he wants to talk to sirius but ginny doesn’t know that and she thinks he’s sad about his bad date with cho so she goes to find him in the library and gives him some chocolate eggs and very carefully is like “you know, i’m sure if you just talked to cho you could sort things out” like ??? ginny has had a thing for this boy for years but she cares more about harry’s happiness than her own buried feelings to the point where she actually gives him some solid relationship advice? like these two really invented selfless romantic love huh
oh and lest i forget harry confides in her and only her and then this gem happens i’m really shedding tears over this on a saturday night
