I love that when Melissa Fumero auditioned for B99, they made her improvise a scene with Andy Samberg, because the scenario was “you’re on a stakeout and you both had dates the night before and you both kinda want to know how the other one’s date went, but you also don’t want the other to know that you want to know” which is honestly so trope-y and cliche and wonderful.
